Beginning with a sketch on a napkin and a mind full of ideas, the drafter, who was recommended by Lee, listened to our wants and needs, and with very few revisions delivered a great plan. Lee used that plan to orchestrate a team of awesome subcontractors to deliver a well planned, well built home. Lee is reliable, accessible and responds to calls, texts, and emails in a timely manner. Almost without exception, the subcontractors were reliable, professional, personable, and listened to our needs…and just made it all come together. Even after we moved in, the subs continued to provide their services to make minor repairs/adjustments. Throughout the process, Lee’s meticulous planning and his great relationships with his subs ensured that there was little downtime in the process and the home was finished on time.
Throughout the process, Lee was very transparent regarding his fee and the weekly billing cycles. There was always an invoice to back up the charges, making it easy to track expenses. The billing process and a clearly written contract made it very easy to work with the mortgage company to secure financing.
